Red Sash Michael Wyka teaches the traditional internal art of VADHA in Inverness, 65 miles north of Tampa on Florida's beautiful Nature Coast.

- Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:31 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.
VADHA is an excellent martial art for youth, as it teaches the student to use an attacker's strength and power against him. Of course, this philosophy applies for anyone - men, women, children.
Classes are capacity controlled.
